Core positioning

The core of the REC project is to build an on-chain mapping and circulation platform for real-world assets. It anchors real estate, infrastructure, commercial real estate and other physical assets with stable cash flow. By issuing REC tokens, ordinary investors can hold a small share of these high-value assets, so as to share asset appreciation and rental income.

Simply put, if you hold REC tokens, it is equivalent to holding part of the ownership of the underlying assets of the project, and you can get the double benefits of asset appreciation and cash flow dividends.
